Melda Yaramış explores the boundaries between childhood, imagination, and reality in her work. Drawing from personal memory, she processes dreams, the absurdity of the digital age, and the fragmented, rapid, and often invisible forces shaping our contemporary unconscious through humor and uncanny imagery.

Through intangible realms such as dreams, games, and childhood, she questions alternative ways of thinking in response to the speed, control, and superficiality of modern life. She examines the violence and role patterns internalized during childhood through digital games without question, and investigates the traces these experiences leave on our present selves.
